Where do I collect from?

Collection is from North London — we'll confirm the exact address after booking. We're based in the N/NW London area and are convenient for Barnet, Finchley, Golders Green, Hendon, East Barnet, and surrounding areas.

How long is the rental period?

Standard hire is 7 days. You pick up on your chosen date and return within 7 days. Need a little longer? You can add extra days at checkout for just £9.99 per fountain per day.

Question 3

Does it come with chocolate?

The fountain itself doesn't include chocolate — you'll need to provide your own or add JM Posner Belgian Chocolate (500g) as an add-on at checkout for £8.99 per fountain. We recommend at least 600–800g per fountain for a great flow.

How easy is it to set up?

Very easy — most people have it up and running in under 10 minutes. The JM Posner fountain is designed for home and professional use, with a simple 3-tier assembly. It runs on battery (45–50 minutes) or can be plugged in via mains power.

Can I hire more than one fountain?

Absolutely — you can hire up to 7 fountains at once (our full fleet). Multiple fountains side by side create a spectacular display. Simply choose your quantity at checkout. You'll also get a volume discount — 5% off for each additional fountain (so 2 = 10% off, 3 = 15% off, and so on).

What happens if something gets damaged?

Accidents happen! We offer an insurance add-on at checkout for £5.99 per fountain that covers accidental damage during your rental. Without insurance, you'd be liable for repair or replacement costs. We'd always recommend adding it for peace of mind.

Do I need to clean it before returning?

You're welcome to return it clean, but we totally understand that after a party that's the last thing you want to do. Add our Professional Cleaning add-on for £9.99 per fountain and we'll handle the full clean for you.

Question 8

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 30 days before your pickup date for a £5 cancellation fee — the remainder will be refunded within 5–10 business days. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before pickup are non-refundable.

How do I pay?

We use Stripe for secure online payment. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
